Sister Vivian Delores Boatwright, 66, departed this life Monday May 27, 2019 in Florence County. She was the mother of Malissa Welch, William Davis Jr., Dawnyelle Fulmore. You may visit the family at 914 Chinaberry Rd. Johnsonville, SC.
Funeral services are scheduled to be held at the White Hill Baptist Church, Gresham on Saturday June 1, 2019 at 1:00 pm. She will be laid to rest in the St. Mark AME Church Cemetery, Kingsburg.

There comes a time in everyone’s life when we have to depart from those we love, that time came to Vivian Delores Boatwright on May 27, 2019.
Vivian was born July 17, 1952 in Baltimore, MD, to the late Wilmer and Pearline Leggett. She was reared in Baltimore, MD, and educated in Baltimore’s public schools. She was joined in holy matrimony to Donte Terron Boatwright for 21 years.
She was a long time member of Saint Luke A.M.E Church. After relocating to Florence, SC, she attended Word of Truth until her passing.
Vivian was preceded in death by; her husband Donte Terron Boatwright, three brothers, one sister, and one daughter-in-law.
She leaves to cherish her memories: two daughters; Malissa ( Gregory) Welch, Dawnyelle (Christopher) Fulmore, one son; William Davis Jr., three sisters; Gladys (Lee) Johnson, Priscilla Jones, and Gwendolyn Leggett, seven grandkids, one aunt, a nephew she raised as a son; Sean Leggett, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
