Vernae Delisha Fulton

Sister Vernae Delisha Fulton was 39, and departed this life Sunday February 9, 2020 in Horry County. She was the mother of Shakya Avant, Shaniera Kelly, Tre'Rell Fulton and the sister of Tarrell Fulton. You may visit the family at 1100 Bluff Rd. Marion. 

Funeral services are scheduled to be held at the Jackson & McGill Memorial Chapel Saturday February 15, 2020 at 2:00 pm. She will be laid to rest in the Jackson & Daughters Cemetery, Marion.

~ Obituary~

Sister Vernae was born on October 26, 1980. She departed this life on January 9, 2020. 

Vernae was a longtime member of the New Greater Deliverance Church For All People, where she happily sang on the choir. She attended Marion School District 1 where she graduated from Marion High School class of 1998. She went on shortly after graduating to join the Marine Corps, she was later discharged due to illness. She also attended Florence Darlington Technical College for a short period of time, but due to illnesses and the love she had for her first born she could no longer attend any more. She loved her kids more than anything in this world. There’s nothing she wouldn’t do for them. 

She dedicated her adult life to God and Family. She was truly a living testimony of God’s grace, love and forgiveness. Even though she was only 39 years old, her earthly house was damaged and could no longer be repaired, so God called her to come live with him.

 She leaves behind her three loving kids; Shakya Kiesha Avant, Shaniera Daja Kelly, and Tre’Rell Markeese Fulton, one brother and best friend Tarrell Maurice Fulton, two special cousins; Kim Gause and Nichole McCormick, three special aunts; Ida Lucas, Sherry Wilson, Laura McCray and a host of good friends but two special friends Joy Hanna and Lula Thomson.
