Tommy Ellison

Brother Tommy Ellison was 72, and departed this life Sunday March 26, in Charleston, SC. You may visit the family at 2640 Troy Atkinson Rd. Mullins.

Funeral services are scheduled to be held at the Jackson & McGill Memorial Chapel on Saturday April 1, at 11:00 am. He will be laid to rest at Jackson & Daughters Cemetery. Services will live-streamed on the Jackson & McGill Facebook Page.

Tommy Ellison was the son of the late Webster Ellison and Annie Ruth McClellan Ellison. He was born on August 11, 1950 in New York. He departed this earthly life on Sunday, March 26, 2023 at Medical University of South Carolina Hospital, Charleston, SC.

Tommy received his education in Marion County Public School System.

Tommy was a member of Church of Christ, Mullins, SC until his health failed.

Tommy was the owner and operator of Tommy’s Garage, Nichols, SC.

Tommy leaves to cherish wonderful memories~ six children: Teresa Ellison, of Florence SC, Tommy Lee Ellison of Mullins, SC, Charles Ellison, Florence, SC, Tonya Ellison of Florida, Timothy Ellison, and Ira Caesar of Ridgeway, SC. Two sisters~ Mattie Mae Lamons of Delray Beach, Florida and Georgia (Joyce) Ann Godbolt of Mullins, SC and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
