Mother Nancy Davis Pee was 80 and departed this life Wednesday November 27, 2019 in Marion County. She was the mother of Terri Davis, Timothy Davis, Wanda L. Pee. You may visit the family 5112 Alice Avenue, Marion SC.

Funeral services are scheduled to be held at the Centerville Baptist Church, Centenary, SC, Tuesday December 3, 2019 at 1:00 pm. She will be laid to rest in the Centerville Baptist Church Graveyard, Centenary, SC.

In the late afternoon on November 27, 2019, God sent an Angel of Mercy to 5112 Alice Avenue to bring his child home.

Nancy Davis Pee, daughter of the late Joe David LeGette and Isola Davis was born on June 15, 1939 in Centenary, South Carolina.  She attended Marion County Schools, graduating from Terrell’s Bay High School.  She worked at Anvil Knit Wear, Mullins, South Carolina until 1996.

She was a member of Centerville Missionary Baptist Church. During her active time in the church, she served as secretary, deaconess’, Sunday School Teacher, Missionary, and choir member.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings Evelyn Pee, Elizabeth D. Totten, Forrest C. Davies, Martha J. Angello, and Hardy Davis.

Survivors include her two daughters, Terri J. Davis of Centenary, SC, Ret. Lieutenant Colonel Wanda L. Pee of Columbia, SC. one Son, Timothy Davis of Centenary, SC. step daughter, Sylvia Rowell of Florence, SC, stepson Jeffrey Rowell (Ellen) Centenary, SC, one sister Addie Mae Godbold of Centenary, SC, one brother Willie Clarence (W.C.) Davis of Mullins, SC. one sister in-law Myrtle Davis of Centenary, SC. a special niece Sarah Jungenberg, Grayslake, IL. ten grandchildren, five great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, friends, and many others who called her Mua and Aunt Coot.
