~ Life Reflections ~

Mary Frances (Pee) Eaddy was born June 30, 1936, in Centenary, South Carolina. She was the daughter of the late (Mr. and Mrs.) John and Roseta (Bowens) Pee. Mary was preceded in death by her late husband, James Eaddy Jr., her siblings Ezekiel Pee, Willie Ann Freeman, and John Junior Pee.

Mary attended and graduated from Terrell’s Bay High School. She was the first female bus driver in Marion County for Terrell’s Bay HS. Mary married and moved away for a while because her husband was in the US Army.

She was a faithful member at White Hill Missionary Baptist Church for fifty plus years. She was the musician, lead singer, Sunday School teacher, Pastor’s Aid President, head cook, and Missionary. Mary was a committed member who believed in serving the pastor, congregation, and the Kingdom of the Lord. She not only served in the church but also the community. She played the piano for Bethel AME Church for years. She offered her musician skills to the community when they needed a musician for funerals, church anniversaries and evening programs.
