Brother Jimmy Williams Jr. was 20, and departed this life Thursday September 24, 2020 in Marion County. He was the son of Jimmy and Lasonya Williams. You may visit the family at 175 Robinson Road, Marion. 

Funeral services are scheduled to be held at the Jackson & McGill Memorial Chapel on Saturday October 3, 2020 at 11:00 am. He will be laid to rest at the Williams-Laney Cemetery, Gresham. The services will be live stream on the Jackson & McGill Facebook Page. 

~ The Obituary ~

Jimmy Williams Jr was born July 17, 2000 to Jimmy Williams and Lasonya Williams in Marion County.

 He attended Marion County Public Schools. He loved doing landscaping work and loved people. He was proceeded in death by his grandparents Joann Lowe-Watlington, Arthur Legette, Jessie Williams, and Legrant Williams.

 Jimmy leaves to cherish the loving memories of his parents Lasonya and Jimmy Williams, Sr, his twin, Jamie Williams, two sisters Karen Davis and Tyshanna Watlington. Five brothers; Olanda Davis, Maurice Davis, Jacquez Williams, Emanuel, and Elijah.

Jimmy was loved by a host of aunts and uncles. He had two very “special” aunts, Emma Williams and Tausha Watlington, both of Marion, SC.

Jimmy’s close cousin and special friend, Kevon Williams and Donte Wilson. Two nieces, and two nephews and a host of other relatives and close friends. We will never forget the joy that he brought to their lives.

The family of Brother Jimmy Williams Jr., in consideration of the current health crisis facing our world, nation, state and local community, has decided to hold a private 50 people or less, family only, funeral service for their loved one with private interment immediately following. While the Williams family would love to be surrounded by your presence, they acknowledge the health risks to family, church members, friends, and particularly to those who are most vulnerable to this disease, the elderly and those with chronic  health conditions. What the family needs most at this time are your prayers and understanding. Thank you for your concern and cooperation.
