Funeral services are scheduled to be held at the Jackson & McGill Memorial Chapel son Tuesday March 17, 2020 at 2:00 pm. He will be laid to rest at the Franklin Cemetery, Marion.

Jeffery Rowell Sr. departed this earthly life on Wednesday March 11, 2020 at Lake City Community Hospital, Lake City South Carolina. He was born to the late Jessie Gerald and the late Jessie and Lizzie Brunson of Marion, South Carolina.
He was educated in the public schools of Marion County, South Carolina. Jeffery was enlisted in the United States Army in 1979 and was a Specialist 4, he was honorable discharge in 1984. Jeffery enjoyed spending time with his family, fast cars and racing. Jeffery was a fun loving guy, to know was to love him.
Jeffery accepted Christ and developed a relationship with Jesus.
Jeffery was married to Tilda Ann Williams on October 8, 1979.
He was preceded in death by one brother Ronnie Gerald.
Jeffery leaves to mourn his wife; Tilda A. Williams, two daughters: Lakisha Pee of Marion South Carolina, Daminka Nichols of Mullins South Carolina, three sons; Jeffery (Rachel) of Marion, Jordan Rowell of Hellier Kentucky, Carlos Rowell of Mullins, four grandchildren; JaQuan E. Davis of Clemson SC, Shawn S. Pee II, of Marion, South Carolina, Jason Nichols of Columbia, South Carolina, Jordan Cantrell of Hellier Kentucky, two sister; Lisa (Ronnie) Stackhouse, and Melinda Brunson. One aunt Shirley (Harold) Frazier of Morristown, New Jersey, great aunt Lois Rowell of Marion, South Carolina, two brother-in-laws; Gene (Ernestine) of Seneca, South Carolina, and Tyrone Williams of Mullins, three sister-in-laws; Vivian Foxworth of Marion South Carolina, Brenda Rowell of Somers Point New Jersey and Trina Williams of Columbia South Carolina, three nieces Kendra, Tierra and Brianna, three nephews Lance, Bryan and Ronnie Jr. a host of other relatives and friends. One special friend / brother-in-law who he loved dearly Ronnie Stackhouse (Stack).
