Funeral services are scheduled to be held at the Jackson & McGill Memorial Chapel on Thursday June 18, 2020 at 1:00 pm. He will be laid to rest at the Sunset Memorial Gardens, Marion. Services will be live stream on the Jackson & McGill Facebook Page. The family will provide a guest list of 50 or less people.

Brother Harry Lee Crawford peacefully passed away on June 11, 2020 at McLeod Regional Medical Center, Florence, SC.

Brother Crawford was born December 26, 1951 to the late Harvey and Minnie Ruth Crawford. 

Brother Crawford was preceded in death by two brothers: Mr. Harvey Crawford Jr., Mr. Hayward Crawford, one sister Lilly Ruth Crawford, one nephew, Hayward Crawford Jr., one grandson, Brian Malik Crawford.

Brother Harry met and married Celestine Gerald on May 23, 1973, together they raised one son, Onezean Crawford.

Brother Crawford joined Bethlehem Baptist Church at an early age, he especially loved singing on the choir. He was a faithful member until his health failed.

Brother Crawford had many hobbies; baseball, playing checkers with friends and cooking chicken bog for family get togethers. 

Brother Harry Lee Crawford loved life and he lived it to the fullest.

He leaves to cherish his memories his devoted wife: Celestine Crawford, one son: Onezean (Nicky) Crawford, two brothers-in-law: Bernard (Annette) Gerald, Derrick Gerald, two sisters-in-law: Sabrina (Bill) Johnson, Evelyn Crawford, one grand son: Blake (Shareena) Crawford, two great grands, six nieces: Shelia (Darrick) Hannah, Veronda (Robert) White, Chasitity (Lonnie) Bildon, Sharon (Darral) Murray, Mary Smith and Telly Crawford, and host of great nieces, nephews, and friends. 

The family of Brother Harry Lee Crawford, in consideration of the current health crisis facing our world, nation, state and local community, has decided to hold a private 50 people or less, family only, funeral service for their loved one with private interment immediately following. While the Crawford family would love to be surrounded by your presence, they acknowledge the health risks to family, church members, friends, and particularly to those who are most vulnerable to this disease, the elderly and those with chronic  health conditions. What the family needs most at this time are your prayers and understanding. Thank you for your concern and cooperation.
