Sister Gladys Gail Godfrey was 68, and departed this life Wednesday February 28, 2024 in Florence County. She was the mother of Sharon Godfrey Page, Doris Godfrey, William Tyrone Godfrey, William Jerome Godfrey, William Levone Godfrey, William Michael Godfrey and Thomas Godfrey. Funeral services are scheduled to be held at the Jackson & McGill Memorial Chapel on Tuesday March 5, at 2:00 pm. She will be laid to rest at St. James AME Church Memorial Gardens.
