Mother Dorothy Mae Franklin was 84, and departed this life Thursday October 26, 2023 in Florence County. She was the mother of Levan Franklin, Minister Kathy Ford and Vallentina Myers. You may visit the family at 7303 Christmas Farm Rd. Latta.

Funeral services are scheduled to be held at the Door of Hope Christian Church on Friday November 3, at 2:00 pm. She will be laid to rest at New Mt. Zion Church Cemetery, Sellers.
