Sister Cherry Reaves was 49, and departed this life on Friday August 25, in Charlotte, NC. She was the mother of Jacory, London and Paris Reaves, the daughter of Benjamin Franklin Legette and the late Mattie Hemingway, the sister of Vicky Samuels, Timothy Hemingway, Teddy Reaves, Tonya Reaves, stepbrother Benjamin Legette. Funeral services are scheduled to be held at the Weeping Willow Baptist Church on Saturday September 2, at 11:00 am. She will be laid to rest at Jackson & Daughters Cemetery, Marion.
