Caleb Boatwright Obituary

Brother Caleb Levonta Boatwright was 19, and departed this life Thursday June 16, 2022 in Marion County. He was the son of Kim Hall and the late Tyrand Boatwright. You may visit the family at 808 Jaycee Terrace, Marion.

Funeral services are scheduled to be held at the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church on Friday June 24, 2022 at 1:00 pm. He will be laid to rest at Sunset Memorial Gardens, Marion. 

~ Obituary~ 

Caleb Levonta Boatwright 19, was born on January 4, 2003 in Marion County, South Carolina. He departed this earthly life on Thursday, June 16, 2022 at Marion County MUSC, Marion, South Carolina. He was the son of Scheresa “Kim” Hall and the late Tyrand Boatwright. 

Caleb attended the Marion County Public Schools. Caleb was pursuing a music career and was in the process of signing a contract to the music/rap world that he was affectionate about making.

He was a quiet, gentle, and loving person who loved his family, especially his sisters and brother.

Caleb is preceded in death in addition to his father, his grandparents, great grandparents, an uncle, and his best friend: Javarious Scott.

Caleb leaves to cherish his loving memories ~ his mother: Scheresa “Kim” Hall of the home; his sisters: Tyra Boatwright of the home and Diamond Simmons of Marion, SC; his brother: Minister Teric {Averiel} Reaves of Marion, SC; his grandmother who he loved dearly: Kathy D. Hall {Tyrone} Godbolt of Marion, SC; his grandfather: Ricky Duncan of Marion, SC; his aunts: Kanechia Hall, Sivitra Hall, Xaixai Boatwright, Shana Boatwright, Keisha {Kenny} Boatwright; special cousin/aunts: Gwendolyn Hall and Crystal Grant all of Marion, SC; great aunts: Debbie Doughty, Donna {Charles} Cogdell, Teresa {Kenroy} Mitchell all of Brooklyn, NY; a very special love mate: Taliah Sanders and his baby girl: Camillia Boatwright (due to arrive in August); his best friends: Meleac, CaQuan, Jeremiah, Mark, Shemar, Johnny, JaQuae, Tavarus, Tremonty, Demitric, Keyshawn, Dajuan, Nykeese, Damarcus, Damian,  Anton, Quazeak, Laurence, Schafis, Darius, Vincent, Dominique, a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.

The family of Brother Caleb Levonta Boatwright  in consideration of the current health crisis facing our world, nation, state, and local community,  will hold a 100 person or less funeral service for their loved one with interment immediately following. While the Boatwright family would love to be surrounded by your presence, they acknowledge the health risks to family, church members, friends, and particularly to those who are most vulnerable to this disease, the elderly, and those with chronic health conditions. What the family needs most at this time are your prayers and understanding. Thank you for your concern and cooperation.
