Bobbie Jean Gause

The family of Sister Bobbie Jean Gause, in consideration of the current health crisis facing our world, nation, state and local community, has decided to hold a private 50 people or less, family only, funeral service for their loved one with private interment immediately following. While the Gause family would love to be surrounded by your presence, they acknowledge the health risks to family, church members, friends, and particularly to those who are most vulnerable to this disease, the elderly and those with chronic  health conditions. What the family needs most at this time are your prayers and understanding. Thank you for your concern and cooperation.

Sister Bobbie Jean Gause was 49, and departed this life Sunday May 10, 2020 in Marion County. She was the mother of Terry Gause, Kentrina Gause and Keon Gause. You may visit the family at 1245 S. Hwy. 501, Marion, SC. 

Funeral services are scheduled to be held at the Henry L. Jackson Memorial Park (beside funeral home), on Saturday May 16, 2020 at 2:00 pm. She will be laid to rest at the Old Neck Cemetery, Britton's Neck, SC. The family will provide a guest list.

The Lord is my light and my salvation, whom shall I fear. The Lord is the strength of my life, whom shall I be afraid.

Ms. Bobbie Jean Gause was born on February 28, 1971 to the late Thomas Gause Sr. and Idella Gause of Marion, SC. She departed this earthly life on May 10, 2020 at her home.

She attended the Marion County Public School. She was employed at Multi Tech Industries for several years until her health decline. Bobbie Jean was a loving mother and grandmother. She loved kids and kids lived her. She would ofter babysit for family and friends. Bobbie Jean was such a special person with a great sense of humor. Her laughter was like no other.

Five brothers preceded her in death: Earnell Gause, Thomas Gause Jr., Armond Hemingway, Alvin Gause and Schofield Hemingway.

Bobbie leaves to cherish her children; Terry Gause, Keon Gause of the home and Kentrina Gause of Mullins., SC. two grandchildren; Jakyra Gause of the home and Martez Green of Rains, SC. Three sisters; Joyce Ann (JD) Timmons, Stargene (Ricky) Finklea of Marion, Minnie (Alvin) Brown of NC, two brothers; Darvis (Stella) Gause and Clarence (Patricia) Hemingway of Marion, SC, two sisters-in-law; Marilyn Gause and Lelia Hemingway of Marion, SC. two uncles, two aunts and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends. A special great niece Kimya Adams of Marion, SC.
