LIFE REFLECTIONS

Acts 24:15 And I have hope toward God, which hope these men also look forward to, that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.

BOBBIE JEAN DAVIS was born in Mullins, South Carolina on May 20, 1952.  She was the daughter of the Raymond Timmons, Sr., who preceded her in death, and Doretha Timmons.  She was married to Windle Davis and to this union they had three daughters: Tasha (Eric) Richardson, Wendy Davis, Ashlie Davis.  She also had a Step-daughter Pricilla (Lee) Gause, and a Step-son Ronnie Davis, who she thought of as her own.

Bobbie Jean graduated from Mullins High School in Mullins, SC in 1971.  She spent her secular working years as a light bulb maker at Marvel Lighting and Supreme Corporation, until it closed.

Bobbie Jean dedicated her life to Jehovah God on September 8, 1985.  She was a member of the Mullins Congregation. She showed her love by showing kindness to others in imitation of Jehovah.  She enjoyed her time in the ministry teaching others about Jehovah, especially her friends and family.  Her love for Jehovah was the most important thing in her life, along with her family.

She leaves to cherish her precious memory not only her husband and children and mother Doretha Timmons, but also eight brothers and sisters: Betty (Ethel) Davis of Charlotte NC., Retha (James) Graves of Gresham SC, Elizabeth (James) Burris of Charlotte NC, Raymond Timmons, Jr., Dorothy Timmons, Herbert (Virginia) Timmons, Allen Timmons, and Rembert Timmons all of Mullins SC.  She also leaves to cherish twelve grandchildren: Ana’Stashia Richardson, Asunción Richardson, Nar’Davion Graves, Ja’Hanna Johnson, Jaden Williams, Bryan Brunson, Jr., Shaylen Cooper,  Donsha Cooper, Joshua Cooper, Rodney Davis, Kelsi Davis, and Brendon Davis, and a host of aunts, uncles, nephews, and friends.  She will be missed by all.

The family of Sister Bobbie Jean Davis in consideration of the current health crisis facing our world, nation, state and local community, has decided to hold a private 50 people or less, family only, funeral service for their loved one with private interment immediately following.
