Bishop Harristine Stackhouse was 74, and departed this life on Saturday June 20, 2020 in Ocala, Fl. She was the mother of Harry Stackhouse, Ronnie Stackhouse, Lee Stackhouse, Joe Stackhouse and Gary Furnace. 

Graveside services are scheduled to be held at the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery on Saturday June 27, 2020 at 11:00 am.

There will not be any public viewing.

Obituary
Mother Harristine Stackhouse was born Sunday, November 18, 1945 to the late Willie Mae and John Crawford in Marion, SC. She attended the public schools of Marion, SC and the New Life Holiness Church of Rains, SC. She was united in Holy matrimony to the late John Stackhouse.

She transitioned from this earthly life to join her parents, husband and siblings: Curlene, Willie Vern and Willie Earl.

Mother Harristine has left her memory with her children: Harry (Ellen) Stackhouse, Lee (Wanda) Stackhouse all of New York, Ronnie (Kathy) Stackhouse of Myrtle Beach, SC, Joe (Rose) Stackhouse of Florida and Gary Furnace of New Jersey; her siblings: C.H. Crawford and Linda Townsend both of Marion, SC and Mary Wilson and John Mack both of Washington, DC as well as her 19 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
 

The family of Bishop Harristine Stackhouse, in consideration of the current health crisis facing our world, nation, state and local community, has decided to hold a private 50 people or less, family only, funeral service for their loved one with private interment immediately following. While the Stackhouse family would love to be surrounded by your presence, they acknowledge the health risks to family, church members, friends, and particularly to those who are most vulnerable to this disease, the elderly and those with chronic  health conditions. What the family needs most at this time are your prayers and understanding. Thank you for your concern and cooperation.
