Ronald Lorenza Anderson

Bro. Ronald Anderson, 60, departed this life Wednesday October 17, 2018 in Florence County. He was the husband of Debbie Anderson. You may visit the family  at 404 Geneva Ave. Marion.

Funeral services are scheduled to be held at the Kingdom Hall Jehovah Witness, Mullins Tuesday October 23, 2018 at 1:00 pm.

Ronald Lorenza Anderson was born in Marion, South Carolina on July 12, 1958.  He is the son of Ila M. Reed.  He married Debbie Mae Thomas on October 1, 1983.  To this union, they have one daughter, Kimberlee Ronette Anderson and one son, Ronald JoeSeth Anderson.

Ronald graduated from Marion High School, the Class of 1976.  He spent most of his working years as a cook.  Many will remember his smiling face from Hardee’s, Tiger Mart, and Jimmy B’s until his disability in 2002.  

Ronald dedicated his life to Jehovah God October 12, 1973.  He became a member of the Mullins Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses where he eventually became an elder and served until his death.

Ronald demonstrated his love for Jehovah by speaking about the good news of God’s kingdom and the benefits of drawing close to our Heavenly Father to his family and friends.  He also demonstrated this love by showing kindness to those he met, thus imitating Jehovah’s perfect quality of love.

Ronald leaves to cherish his precious memory not only his wife, two children, and mother, but also two grandchildren, Kendall Isabella Moody (Izzy) and Kaydence Alexandria Moody (KD), four sisters, Ollie R. Smith of Mullins, South Carolina, Bessie Phillips of Tampa, Florida, Caletha Weaver (Lucius) of Sardis, Georgia, Ophelia Anderson of Columbia, South Carolina, and a host of relatives, family, and friends.  

Ronald also had two brothers that proceeded him in death, Tony and Harold Anderson.
