Robert Antonio Davis affectionately known to many as “LiL Robert” or “Tony” departed this life on Monday, April 24, 2017 at McLeod Hospital.  He was born on December 18, 1989 to Robert Davis and Lora Ann Moody-Davis.

Lil Robert attended the public schools in Marion, South Carolina.  After graduation he attended Morris College in Sumter, South Carolina.  Until his death, he continued his education at Strayer University majoring in Forensic Science.

Lil Robert was currently employed with Spectrum Communications in Columbia, South Carolina.   He enjoyed riding his horses, competing in equine events, traveling, and let’s not forget shopping.  Lord forbid us if we did.  On any given day you could catch him on the trail or in somebody’s mall.  His family and friends always called on him for dressing tips when it was time for a big event. He had a personality like no other.  To love him was to know him.  Lil Robert will be greatly missed by all.

Preceding him in death are two grandmothers: Rosa Mae Moody and Bertha Mae Davis; and two grandfathers: William Moody & Robert Mack Nelson, and one special cousin Ma’sha Ta’ Ree Rowell.

Lil Robert leaves his father, mother, and step-father (Clemson Page) to cherish his memories. Two sisters of the home: Jessica Michelle Moody, Chaunee Monique Moody. Other siblings: Jessica Evans, Danasia Davis, Allysia Davis; Three Brothers: Eric Mason, Ticory McCullough, Robert Davis Jr; three special nephews: Zyi’Quieus Moody, Kameron Moody, Brayden Evans, and one special niece who he loved very much: Madison Woods; two horses he would lay his life on the line for: Kit-Kat and British.  A special group of friends that he held dear to his heart and who embraced his love for horses: Tara Beaver, Tyesha Curtis, Chelsa Davis, Tyana Herndon, Joey Lewis, Evonne Patterson, Kimani Powell, and Mia Sloan (Poodle) and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
