Sister May Tee Legette was 73 and departed this life Wednesday December 4, 2019 in Marion County. She was the grandmother of Jessica Legette.
Funeral services are scheduled to be held at the Jackson & McGill Memorial Chapel Saturday December 14, 2019 at 11:00 am. She will be laid to rest in the St. James AME Church Cemetery, Ariels Crossroad, Marion.

Ms. May Tee Legette, daughter of the late Mr. Frank and Mollie Legette, was born in Marion County, South Carolina on June 12, 1946.
She departed this life on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 in MUSC Health Marion.
She attended the public schools of Marion County, South Carolina.
She leaves to cherish her fond memories a loving and devoted son: Mr. Joel Dashon Legette, her three grandchildren: Jessica M. Legette, Kia Michelle Pair and Dashon (DJ) Legette, three great grandchildren: Dez'Miere Fuller, James Marquel Williams and Malachi Hines, one nephew, Johnny Russell Legette, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
