Lula Moody

Mother Lula Moody, 85, departed this life Tuesday August 27, 2019 in Florence County. You may visit the family 119 Huggins St. Marion, SC.

Funeral services are scheduled to be held at the Jackson & McGill Memorial Chapel, Marion Sunday September 1, 2019 at 2:00 pm. She will be laid to rest in the Devotion Gardens Cemetery, Mullins.

~ Obituary ~

Lula H. Moody departed her earthly life on Tuesday August 27, 2019 at McLeod Hospice House Florence, S.C.

She was born on June 25, 1934 to the late Lubertha Moody in Marion, S.C. She worked on the farm, the Coca Cola plant, and as a house keeper for many years. 

She was proceeded in death by one son, Jackie Moody, and one sister, Valerie Moody. 

Lula leaves to cherish her fond memories her children; Griffeth Moody and Connie Moody of the home, Jetrow (Starletta) Moody of Marion S.C, Russell (Violet) Moody Millers of Tavern, V.A, and Ozella Gause of Latte S.C. Two Sisters: Angie (John) King of Columbia, S.C, Deloryes (David) Conner of Marion, S.C. Three grandchildren, Six great grands, five great great grands. A daughter in-law  Veveria “Cookie” Moody of Centenary, S.C.
