Lamont Latimore Crawford

Mr. Lamont Latimore Crawford, 43, departed this life Wednesday December 26, 2018 in Florence County. He was the son of Dora Mae Crawford. You may visit the family at 510 Owens St. Marion.

Funeral services are scheduled to be held at the Jackson & McGill Memorial Chapel, Marion Friday January 4, 2019 at 1:00 pm. He will be laid to rest in the Holly Hill Cemetery in Pee Dee.

Mr. Lamont Latimore Crawford departed this life on December 26, 2018 at the McLeod Regional Medical Center, Florence South Carolina.

Lamont Latimore Crawford was born on May 24, 1975 to Mrs. Dora Mae Crawford and the late Mr. Leo Crawford.

Lamont was educated in the Marion County School System and was a  member of the St. Matthew Church in Pee Dee South Carolina.

Stretch was funny and he was loyal. He was a caregiver of people. Lamont never met a stranger send left a lasting impression on anyone he met whether it was for a minute or a lifetime. To know him was to love him.

Lamont was preceded in death by his father Leo Crawford.

Those left to cherish his memories are his mother: Dora Mae Crawford, two sons: Aiden Crawford, Marion S.C. and Damon Carter, three brothers; Anthony (Kim) Green, Leon Crawford of the home, Russell Miller, five aunts; Christine Moody, Sara Pierce, Isabelle Crawford, Elenor C. White, Carlotta Sowell, Linda Sowell, five uncles; Leroy Green Sr. Dillon, SC, Elliott Green, Lumberton, NC, Ronald Crawford, Marion SC, Gregory Crawford, Marion and Charles Brown, Marion SC. The apple of his eye Pernez Legette. Two special sisters Chimakai Moody and Tonya Moody, two special brother Earl Moody and Kerry Moody. The “Shed” family Rodney, Norris, Raymond, Linlew, Robert and Danfore. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
