James Calvin Fleming

Brother James Calvin Fleming, 54, departed this life Friday August 30, 2019, at his home in Dillon County. He was the father of Raheem Ford, Jamion Ford and Cortes Fleming. 

Funeral services are scheduled to be held at the Weston Chapel AME Church, Latta on Saturday September 7, 2019 at 11:00 am. He will be laid to rest in the Sellers Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery, Sellers SC. 

~ Obituary ~ 

Mr. James Calvin Fleming the son of Mrs. Wesley Alexander Fleming and the late Tracy Fleming was born March 17, 1965 in Dillon County. He departed his life on Friday morning August 30, 2019 Age 54.

James Fleming graduated from Latta High School in 1984. He became a Bus Driver for the school system. He then work for Diversified Plastics INC for a few years. He then went to further his education to get the one job he has done for over 20yrs a Truck Driver through . He work for different companies before finding the best company that he has  been with for many years IBT Trucking of Charleston where in made a great career and many friends.

He was also a member of the Sellers Chapel Baptist Church. He also attended serves at The Door Of Hope Christian Church of Marion.

He leaves to cherish his memories his Mother Wesley Fleming. Six children Lashonda Fleming of Columbia S.C., Cortes Fleming of Britton’s Neck S.C., Jamion Ford of Mullins S.C., Rashawn Ford of Mullins S.C., Raheen Ford of Raleigh North Carolina and Vanisha Fleming of Conway S.C. Three Brothers Tracy Fleming of Latta S.C., Tony Fleming of Latta S.C., Vondell of Latta S.C. One sister Brenda Fleming of Marion S.C. Seven Grandchildren and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and close relatives and Friends.
