Funeral services are scheduled to be held at the Jackson & McGill Memorial Chapel Saturday July 27, 2019 at 11:00 am.

Henry Lawrence Rogers 73, of Mullins S.C passed peacefully on Sunday July 21,2019 at Faith Nursing Center Florence S.C. 

He was born April 10, 1946, a son of the late Maratha B. Rogers and Dorothy Alista Rogers. 

Henry attended Marion County Schools. He left home at a young age and moved to Florida and worked as a migrant worker. He was an employed carpenter, he also did roofing jobs. He loved to plant flowers, gardens and groom dogs. 

At an early age he was affiliated with Jehovah Witness.

In addition to his parents, Henry was predeceased in death by two brothers: William Rogers, Timothy Rogers, two sisters: Bobbie J. Ford and Dorthy M. Harvey. 

He is survived by his wife Priscilla Annette Richardson Rogers, three daughters Katina Rogers, Rita Rogers of Dublin GA, Henrietta Rogers of Miami Fla., two step children; Lorraine Richardson and Michael Richardson of Dublin GA, sixteen grandchildren, twenty-two great grandchildren, three brothers; Buddy Lee Rogers, Leverne (Mary ) Rogers, Maratha J. Rogers all of Mullins, South Carolina and John Paul Rogers of Levittown PA, seven sisters; Annie B. Finklea, Martha F. Bryant, Linda Faye Rogers, Margaret G. Rogers, Janette Walker all of Mullins, SC, Debra A. Harley, Dillon SC, Louise (Richard) Winston, Chesapeake, VA, he also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and a very special friend Mary Holmes.
