Bro. Earl Dozier 68, departed this life on Thursday August 24, 2017 in Florence SC. He was the husband of Teresa Dozier. You may visit the family at 627 Sapphire Rd. Gresham, SC. Service arrangements are scheduled for 2:00pm Friday September 1, 2017 at the Red Hill Missionary Baptist Church. He will be laid to rest in the Old Neck Cemetery.

         Earl Dozier departed this life on August 24, 2017 at the Mcleod Hospice System in Florence, South Carolina. He was a loving husband, father, and friend to many. His final days were spent surrounded by family and friends that will miss him dearly.

     Earl Dozier (Mule) was born in Gresham, South Carolina on August 6, 1949 to the late Francenia Dozier and Tim Gasque. He was educated in the school system in Britton's Neck, South Carolina. Earl was known as Mule Dozier. He was greatly gifted with his hands and had an amazing desire to help others. Earl was a self taught electrician, plumber, mechanic, and an all around handyman.

     Earl had two sisters who preceded him in death: Refrances Dozier and Barbara Allen; as well as, two brothers: Arthur Gasque (Bo Bo) and Jack Dozier.

     Earl leaves to cherish his fond memories, his wife of 23 years Theresa Brown-Dozier; his daughter Tiffany Williams of Newark, NJ, and his stepchildren, Sabrina (Jay) Reed of  Columbus, MS, Charlemane (Felisha) Brown of Columbia, SC, and Everett (Billie) Brown of Columbus, OH. Earl also leaves to cherish his memories, his brothers: Franklin (Diane) Dozier of Newark, NJ and Tim (Katherine) Gasque of Baltimore, MD, sisters: Wilhelmenia Burch of Gresham, SC, Norma (Frank) Treadwell of Gresham, SC, Betty Hill of Middleton, CT, Ruth Williams of Hartford, CT, Sara Lee (Doll Baby) of Myrtle Beach , SC, Katherine Gasque of Galivants Ferry, SC, Clementine Gasque of Baltimore, MD, and Ernestine Jordan of Baltimore, MD. He is survived by a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends who loved him unconditionally.
