Mrs. Cynthia Ann Foxworth 64, departed this life on Tuesday May 23, 2017 in Florence, SC. She was the wife of Shavis Foxworth Jr. You may visit 627 Robinson St. Marion. Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00am Tuesday May 30, 2017 at the Mt. Pisgah Missionary Baptist Church, Marion. She will be laid to rest in the Florence National Cemetery Florence SC at 2:00pm.

Mrs. Cynthia Ann Davis Foxworth was born February 18, 1953 to the late Mr. Preston Tart and Ms. Mary Ellen Davis in Marion County, South Carolina.

Mrs. Cynthia Ann Davis Foxworth affectionately known as Cynt Ann by her family and friends entered eternal rest on Tuesday May 23, 2017 at Carolina Hospital System, Florence South Carolina.

Cynthia was a very loving person who touched many lives and will be missed by her family and friends. She was truly blessed, loved and had a warm and giving heart.

Cynthia attended the public schools of Marion County SC. She was a member of Mt. Pisgah Missionary Baptist Church. She was a member of the Usher Board.

Cynthia was married to Shavis Foxworth Jr. from this union there where two children son Darrell Foxworth and baby girl Deltress Syreeta Foxworth, preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death two sisters Ella Mae Davis and Rosie Marie Davis Brantley, three brothers, Willie Davis, Burnie Davis and Heyward Davis.

She was employed by Russell Stover Candies of Marion, SC for twenty seven years. After the closing of Russell Stover Candies in 2000, Cynthia found employment at Perdue Farms, Dillon SC. Where she worked thirteen years until her health declined.

Cynthia leaves to cherish fond and loving memories her loving and devoted husband Shavis Foxworth Jr. son Darrell Foxworth (fiancee’ Rachelle Hickson) four sisters Dorothy Davis, Sylvia Knowlin, Marilyn (Eric) Davis and Joan Tart, two brothers Randy (Katie) Tart, two brothers Randy (Katie) Tart and Jeremiah (Lorraine) Graves. Also five grandchildren whom she loved dearly, Keeonu Foxworth, DeAsia Foxworth, Taleria Foxworth, Ashya Foxworth and Ahmeir Foxworth Hickson and her devoted nieces Connie (George) Burgess and KeeKee Davis; nephews Jeffrey Davis, Clifford Davis and Michel Davis. Also to cherish precious memories her loving mother-n-law Mrs. Lola B. Foxworth who loved her as a daughter, others to cherish fond memories sisters-n-law and brothers-n-law; Mildred (Nathaniel) Ivory, Thomas (Linda) Foxworth, Carol (Vivian) Foxworth, Wallace (Jackie) Foxworth, Clifton (Mary) Foxworth, Carlton (Judy) Foxworth, Betty Mae Davis, Theodore Foxworth, Glenn Jerome Foxworth, Kelvin Foxworth, Maurice Foxworth and Martin Leggette, a dear friend Willie Mae Brantley and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relative and supportive friends.
