Kendrick, Cleonia departed this life on Friday April 28, 2017 at age 78. Preceded by her parents, Florenia and George Frazier, sisters, Carrie Beauford, Wilhelmenia Dukes and Mary Frazier; brother, Robert Avant. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Virgil; daughters, Cheryl Thompson and Renee Kendrick; son, Broderick Kendrick; foster daughter, Harriet Ndagire; foster son, Robert Kasure; 5 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; a host of nephews, nieces other relatives and friends.

IN LIEU OF FLOWERS, the family is requesting donations be made to: Visiting Nurse Hospice, 2180 Empire Blvd., Webster, NY 14580.

The family will receive friends on Friday, 6-8PM at the funeral home. Homegoing Service, Saturday, 12PM (final viewing begins at 11AM), Mt. Vernon Baptist Church, 351 Joseph Ave. Additional services and interment in Marion, SC.

The family will be receiving friends on Thursday May 11, 2017 at the Jackson & McGill Memorial Chapel 612 S. Main St. Marion from 11am-12noon. She will be laid to rest at 12:30 pm on Thursday May 11, 2017 at the St. Timothy Baptist Church Cemetery,Wahee Community, Marion.
