Bro. Carl Ford, 52, departed this life on Thursday October 11, 2018 at his home in Marion County. You may visit the family at 162 Camp Ct. Marion.

Funeral services are scheduled to be held at the Jackson & McGill Memorial Chapel Friday October 19, 2018 at 2:00 pm. He will be laid to rest in the Springville Cemetery, Marion. Classmates and friends are kindly ask to serve as floral and pall bearers.

Carl “Crow” Ford son of the late Jack Shaw and the late Hazel Ford was born in Marion South Carolina on July 25, 1966. Carl departed this earthly life Thursday October 11, 2018 at his home in Marion South Carolina.

Carl was employed with Foxworth Construction for many years. He also worked for Quality Timber in Marion South Carolina. Carl attended the public school of Marion County and was member of the Class of 1985.

His remaining heirs he leaves to cherish his memories five brothers and two sister: Elder Bobby (Essie) Shaw, Sumter, SC, David (Minnie) Shaw, Johnny Shaw, Rosa (Timothy) Mullins, Jackie Shaw all of Marion SC, Ira (Anita) Ford, Florence, SC and Ellie (Hattie) Ford, Winston-Salem ,NC, one uncle; Sam Johnson, New York, NY and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
