Bro. Billy Robinson 66, departed this life on Wednesday May 31, 2017 in Lawrenceville, Georgia. He was the father of Kenosha McFadden, Jeremy Robinson and Erica McCray. Memorial services are scheduled for 3:00pm Saturday June 10, 2017 at the Jackson & McGill Memorial Chapel, Marion.

Mr. Billy (Bird Man) Robinson was born in Marion, SC on June 24, 1950. He was the loving son to the late Willie and Lillie Mae Davis. He received his education in the public schools of Marion, SC. He was in the last segregated high school class of Johnakin High School. At a young age he joined Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church, Marion, SC. In his later years, he moved to Ocean City New Jersey where he faithfully went to other churches. He also could be found at the King Pin Bowling Alley in Egg Harbor Township, NJ.

On Wednesday May 31, 2017, Billy gained his wings from the home of his daughter. His laughter and conversations will be missed. His memories and love he shared will remain dear and close to the hearts of those that loved him.

Billy (Bird Man) was the widower to Michelle (Small) Robinson. He was also preceded in death by his mother; Lille Mae Davis, his father; Willie Davis and four brothers.

Those left to cherish his memories are his two daughter: Kenosha (Leroy) McFadden of Lawrenceville GA, Erica McCray of Brigantine NJ, one son; Jeremy Robinson of Syracuse NY, two sisters ; Deloris (Robert) Wood of Newman GA, Anne (John) Gatewood of Far Rockaway, NY, one brother Tommy (Mary) Miles of Ocean City NJ; ten grandchildren, five great grands and host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
