Sis. Alfer Mae Stackhouse,79, departed this life on Tuesday March 27, 2018 in Florence County. She was the mother of Doris Hammonds and Ronnie Stackhouse. You may visit the family at the home of her son Ronnie Stackhouse at 714 Havenwood Rd., Marion.

Funeral services are scheduled to be held at the House of God Church, Centenary Friday March 30, 2018 at 1:00pm. She will be laid to rest in the Old Neck Cemetery, Britton's Neck.

Alfer Mae Stackhouse departed her life March 27, 2018 in McLeod Regional Medical Center, Florence, South Carolina. She was born to the late Nero Rogers and the late Susie Graves Eaddy of Marion, S.C. She was educated in the public school of Marion, S.C. She was a member of the House of God Centenary, S.C. Alger Mae loved the Lord with all her heart. She was the wife of the late Earnest Stackhouse. She is preceded in death with her son Leon Graves and two daughters Earnest Jean Stackhouse and Baby Girl Stackhouse and 6 sisters and 4 brothers. She leaves to mourn her son Ronnie( Lisa) Stackhouse of St. Mary, one daughter Doris(Tony) of St. James 3 grandson that were raised in the home Dion(Pauline) Stackhouse of Marion, SC Jamaal(Bridget) Stackhouse of Marion, Ron Stackhouse of GA, a special daughter Mejia(Chad) Williams of Centenary, SC, 2 brothers Bernie Lee Eaddy, Earnest(Lurrie)Eaddy of Gresham, SC 2 sisters Flora Mae Cause of Gresham SC, Emma(Joseph)Harrison of Marion SC a special sister Annie Lewis of Rains SC, 27 grandchildren, 23 great brands 1aunt Lula Rogers of Britton's Neck, SC 2 sister-n-laws Roberta Stackhouse of Marion SC Pertains Belin of Johnsonville SC and her special children Christ Eddie Brunson of Mullins SC Pricilla Legette of Gresham SC and Rev Carolyn White of Mullins SC.

A host of niece, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends and her church family who she loved with all her heart.
