Bro. Harvey Grant Jr. departed this life on Thursday July 27, 2017 in Marion County. He was the husband of Rhonda Grant and the father of Jermaine Smith. You ma visit the family at 4075 North Highway 41-A, Mullins, SC. Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00am Friday August 11, 2017 at the Everbee Baptist Church, Smithboro, SC. He will be laid to rest in the Florence National Cemetery, Florence, SC.

Harvey Grant Jr. was born on January 12, 1956 to the late Harvey and Sallie Mae Grant Sr. He departed this life on Thursday July 27, 2017. He was a graduate of Mullins High School, shortly after he graduated, he joined the United States Army. He was honorably discharged in 1980.

Harvey moved to Boston Mass, where he met his wife Rhonda Grant of twenty five years.

Harvey was preceded in death by is his son Charvis Davis, his parents Harvey and Sallie Mae Grant Sr., and his nephew L.C. Murray Jr.

He leaves to cherish his fond and loving memories his wife Rhonda Grant of the home, one son Jermaine Smith (Christina Saxon), two grand daughters Tykeira Davis and London Smith, one grandson Jermari Smith, one sister Anna Murray of Boston Mass, two brothers Herman (Evelyn) Grant, Clayton (Joette) Grant both of Boston Mass. His aunts Lula Mae Sanders and Orilla Mae Williams both of South Carolina. His sister in laws  Cheryl Dunn, Susan Dunn both of Boston Mass., brother in law Christopher Dunn of Boston Mass. He leaves thirty nieces and nephews and a host of  family and friends.
