Mother Esther Lee White 84, departed this life on Wednesday August 2, 2017 in Florence County. She was the mother of Clemson White and Georgia Bellamy. Service arrangements are scheduled for 3:00pm today Sunday August 6 at the Centerville Baptist Church, Centenary SC. She will be laid to rest in the Centerville Baptist Church Cemetery.

Ms. Esther Lee White peacefully departed this life on Wednesday August 2, 2017 at the Carolina Hospital System in Florence, SC. She was born on October 21, 1932 in Marion SC., to the departed Edna Legette. She attended Terrell’s Bay, then relocated to Patterson, New Jersey. Upon her return to South Carolina, Esther worked until retirement from So Pak Co. She was a member of Centerville Baptist Church and even in her absence due to health changes, was a faithful member.

In addition to her mother, Esther was preceded in transition by her daughter Dorothy Rogers, her sister Charlotte Davis and her niece Linda Nickerson.

To cherish her fond memories, Esther has two children Georgia Mae Bellamy and Clemson “Jim” White, her grandchildren Marlon (Denise) White, Whitsett, NC, Tasha Rogers, Sacramento, Ca., Tremayne Rogers, Clemson White Jr., both of Marion, SC., Ingrid Boykin, Charlotte, NC., and Agnes Brantley, Centenary  SC., eighteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren along with a host of loving family members.
